Stock Items
Wherever possible, we will aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day (except weekends) although this cannot be guaranteed. In almost all cases however, stock items will normally be despatched within one working day. We endeavour to fulfil all orders as professonally and quickly as possible.
Non-Stock items
It is not possible for us to hold all items in stock, and on occasion a web product may have been sold-out. In this instance, certain visualisers and other items may first require ordering from a manufacturer, which will add 4-6 additional days to our standard delivery time - so please bear with us!
Once your order is received however, you will be notified of the predicted delivery date and kept up to date with the order progress.
You will also be able to log in and track the progress of your order on this website (link here), and are welcome to call us anytime for the latest information both before or after placing an order.
