By purchasing via this website you agree to, and are protected by, the following terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY - applicable to new items purchased via this website or on the telephone

i) Items purchased through this website or via telephone are sold in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). This regulation ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods the supplier is offering and is provided with an order confirmation (via email).  Under the DSR, the buyer has a cancellation period of seven days from the day following the date of delivery. Only during this period may the consumer cancel the purchase contract under this regulation by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel.

Note: If you wish to cancel an order during the seven day cancellation period set out above, please notify Dynamic Visualisers IN WRITING by letter, fax or by email. A telephone call is NOT sufficient.

ii) Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract within the cancellation period (either before or after you have received the goods) you should then return the goods to us as soon as possible and take all reasonable care in doing so.  We strongly recommend customers return goods via a signed-for courier service.  The risk and cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you the consumer, unless you have notified Dynamic Visualisers that the goods are faulty and the fault is verified by Dynamic Visualisers.  If you fail to return the goods to us, you must make them available for collection upon notification from Dynamic Visualisers that we intend to collect the goods. 

iii) Upon cancellation of the contract, we will credit your account with a refund of monies paid to us for the cancelled item(s), including the cost of delivery of the goods to you, no later than 30 days after receipt of the notice of cancellation. If you do not return the goods, or do not pay the costs of return delivery to us, Dynamic Visualisers shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods sent to you from the amount of the refund. 

iv) Please take care when opening all items received.  Goods should be returned and re-packed in the ORIGINAL packaging, and sent back by us 'AS SOLD' and in 'AS NEW' condition ready for re-sale. For example, if the packaging has been opened to examine the items(s) you must have done so without damaging the packaging or the products in any way. 

v) You have a duty and legal responsibility to take reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession and during the cancellation period, and to maintain any item(s) in the condition in which they were supplied by or via Dynamic Visualisers. If any item(s) are damaged or your use of the goods has gone beyond your right to reasonably inspect and assess the goods, Dynamic Visualisers reserves the right to seek recompense. 

vi) The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above NOT apply in the following circumstances: 

- In the case of copyrighted goods (all software, media and sample CDs) where the packaging has been unsealed and/or the product has been registered (unless the product is faulty). 
- For Health and Safety reasons to products featuring microphones, headphones, earphones that have been used or where the hygienic seal has been removed or broken. 
- Any products that we have made to your specification or customised specifically for you

DELIVERY ADVICE

Always check your items immediately on receipt. If the box appears damaged or compromised in any way, always make a note and sign to this effect with the delivering courier before contacting Dynamic Visualisers.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE CANCELLATION PERIOD  

If a fault should occur with your product outside the seven day cancellation period, but within the manufacturers' warranty period, you must first notify Dynamic Visualisers of the fault so that we can authorise the safe return of the item(s). You may be able to despatch your product to any manufacturer’s authorised repair centre (with a copy of your online receipt from Dynamic Visualisers) or you may be able to return the item(s) to Dynamic Visualisers with a copy of your online receipt and a full written description of the fault. 

Dynamic Visualisers can return your faulty item(s) to the manufacturer or authorised service centre on your behalf. If the product is found to be faulty it will be repaired free of charge and returned to you. If we or the manufacturer are unable to repair your product within a reasonable period of time (normally 28 days) then you may be offfered the choice of a full refund or you an alternative product equivalent.
