After placing an online order with us, customers will receive confirmation of the purchase straight-away by eMail. Delivery schedules are then generally as follows:   

Stock Items
Wherever possible, we will aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day (except weekends) although this cannot be guaranteed. In almost all cases however, stock items will normally be despatched within one working day. We endeavour to fulfil all orders as professonally and quickly as possible.

Non-Stock items
On occasion a product may be out of stock.  In this instance, certain Visualisers and other items may first require re-ordering from a manufacturer, which will add additional time  to our standard delivery time.  Once your order is received however, you will be notified of the predicted delivery date and kept up to date with the order progress. Online order-tracking is also available.
